About Lindsay Builders



Lindsay Builders owner Hayden Lindsay is a master craftsman from New Zealand, where he apprenticed with distinguished leaders of the home building industry. Since moving to the US in 2004, he has been improving homes and establishing valued clients throughout Fairfield County. He lives with his wife and two children in a home he built in Fairfield.

 

While Hayden is devoted to his craft, he also recognizes the importance of good business and relationships. He makes it a priority to respond promptly to your calls and emails. Hayden believes open, honest communication and top notch service yields the best results for our clients and—ongoing referrals for his company.

What we do

 

  • Obtain building permits, oversee all aspects of planning and zoning and building inspection

  • Work as direct liason with Architects and Interior Designers

  • Draw up plans for smaller scale projects when an Architect is not needed

  • Create budget and project timelines to ensure all expectations are successfully met

  • Manage and oversee all sub-trades
